We're looking forward to seeing everyone at our Fall Bakers Forum at Linda's Bakery in West Salem, WI hosted by Marc and Sue Anderson on Sunday, November 4, 2018!
What is a Bakers Forum?
A bakers forum is a place for WBA Members to meet and chat about what’s happening in the baking industry. Some of the best conversations happen right at bakers forums!
WBA Members are invited to enjoy a great day of learning and sharing!

Baking & Decorating sessions will include:
- “Candy Cane Striped Bagels” by Ralf Tschenscher, Lesaffre Yeast Corporation - “Festive Fantasia Fondant” by the talented decorating team at Linda’s Bakery - Renee Crouse from Abel & Schafer will also be joining us to showcase Arcolor Fondant, Lotus Biscoff, and a few Gluten-Free items!

Swap Ideas - Hear from fellow bakery members ways to reduce waste (From repurposing products to recycling to “green” initiatives) Be prepared to share what’s working and what’s not!
Swap Equipment - Have something to sell? Bring it with or just bring along photos if the equipment is too large!
